I spend more time thinking about why this problem needs to be solved now and what real change a product should create than about what to make. I enjoy seeing a team’s deep, relentless thinking take shape as a product people actually use. I find the greatest fulfillment when that thinking compounds over time, making the team’s work, the product, and the user experience better.
